Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Satisfied all round

Very child-friendly! There is a nice play area inside and a great playground outside with a playhouse, sandpit and swings. The food was good, but mostly not homemade. Due to the rather poor quality of the food, I think the prices are too high.

It was too warm for me in the dining room. The food was tasty and we were served quickly. The restaurant was well attended.

The ambience was great, the food tasted ok, but nothing more. In addition, they were quite inflexible when it came to changing the food. E.g. There was schnitzel with croquettes only with mushroom sauce, since my wife doesn't eat mushrooms. Instead of mushrooms, she asked for vegetables as a side dish, which the waiter made a note of with a grimace. A very dry affair was served, as the mushrooms had been replaced with peas, but a sauce had been left out entirely. The portion sizes were also rather poor for the price. There is a small, beautifully designed playground for children in the outdoor area, but parents have to be careful here too. The fact that the defective rope of the swing is not repaired or that the swing is at least dismantled as long as it is defective is beyond my understanding. After all, there is a high risk of injury for the children here should the last piece of rope break completely while swinging.

Very tasty food and good service at reasonable prices. All rooms are very well furnished. Everyone will find something on the menu, and if you don't get full ... you can't help that ?

After the restaurant was recommended to me, we naturally wanted to try it out and were really disappointed! My steak with seasoned meat consisted of two small minutes of steaks and fried chicken seasoning, as well as french fries. I'm sorry, but as you can see in the picture, it is presented like in a snack bar and the taste was just inconspicuous! The whole thing for 14.80 € and that's really cheeky ...! My wife ordered chicken topped with fruit, mango sauce, and almond balls. The chicken arrived at the table without any seasoning, the fruit was fresh from the can and the balls from the freezer. My wife couldn't eat it up and I can understand her. And that was also available for just under 13 euros. Ultimately, the dishes took 45 minutes, even though the restaurant was almost empty when we came. Sorry, dear Green Meadow team, but that was 0 points. Because you were nice and we were finally full, there are 2 stars.

Food is okay in terms of taste and price. Unfortunately, the presentation and the ambience are rather careless and the service rather below average. Unfortunately, at no point did we feel welcome. In summary, one can say that you can be full here.

The accommodation and the restaurant are highly recommended! The rooms are lovingly renovated and very well equipped. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and you immediately feel at home. There is a private parking lot. All kinds of brochures about the attractions in the area are available in the room. Supermarket is within walking distance. The restaurant offers delicious meals and large portions at a good price-performance ratio. There is also a nice terrace for sunny days. The only drawback is a vegetarian dish. I would definitely come again and highly recommend the Gasthaus zur Grünen Wiese!
